Rochdale Borough Council is seeking an Initial Triage Assistant to join the Prevention & Digital Strategic plan team. The role focuses on delaying and reducing care needs by supporting the front door with assistive technology and Careline for adults.

You will be part of the expanding team, working with Front Door and Careline colleagues, and you will need to show Rochdale values, promote equality, and communicate effectively.

Qualifications

• Appointment to this post is subject to a basic DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the front door team for all new contacts entering adult care and help delay/reduce care needs.
• Support the front door with the delivery of assistive technology and Careline to improve independence.
• Collaborate with other Prevention team roles, specifically Front Door and Careline functions.
