Job summary

Kingdom Services Group is seeking a Reception Security Officer for the Bupa Training Academy in Staines. The role is based at the TW18 3DZ site, with a 50-hour week and a shift pattern from 08:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday.

Pay is £13.75 per hour, reflecting front-of-house support and strong security practices to keep the facility safe and welcoming. You will manage visitor access, answer enquiries, oversee meetings and parking, and support day-to-day operations while upholding high security

Qualifications

• Valid SIA Security Licence is required.
• Previous security and customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, friendly, and approachable manner.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and effective in busy environments.

Responsibilities

• Providing a professional and welcoming front-of-house service.
• Greeting visitors, staff, and contractors and managing site access.
• Monitoring and maintaining site security procedures.
• Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally.
• Managing visitor registrations and access control systems.
• Assisting with meeting room bookings and facilities coordination.
• Monitoring car parking arrangements and visitor attendance.
• Responding to incidents, enquiries, and requests in a calm and efficient manner.
• Maintaining accurate records and reports as required.
• Delivering excellent customer service while ensuring site safety and security.
