This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

JOB TITLE: Front Desk Receptionist
HOURS OF WORK:
Full Time, 40 hours per week
LOCATIONS:
Reading, MA
SCHEDULE:

Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

In Office

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, faxing, and filing
  • Assist with project coordination and data entry tasks
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors

SKILLS:

  • Office management experience is preferred
  • Previous experience as a medical receptionist is a plus
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Google Suite and other office software
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
