Position Summary:

The ideal candidate is personable, relationship-builder, self-motivated, with a positive attitude, committed to guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include:

• Answering, recording, and processing guest requests via multiple communication channels
• Operating the switchboard, managing wake-up calls, directing calls
• Relaying messages accurately and timely
• Logging guest requests in our systems
• Providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions
• Ensuring tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards

Candidate Profile:

Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred

Skills and Knowledge:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
• Proactive, reliable
• Ability to work alone and in a team

Education or Certification: Good command of English
