Job summary

Hatched Recruitment Group is recruiting on behalf of Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council for a temporary Customer Sales Advisor to join the team at Lough Moss Leisure Centre, Carryduff. This role is 8 hours per week with a rota that includes evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Based at Lough Moss Leisure Centre, you will provide a professional front-of-house service to visitors, members and potential members, handling cash, processing bookings and promoting leisure services while adhering to

Qualifications

5 GCSEs (A-C) / NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, or 4 years' relevant experience.
At least 1 year's experience in customer service, front of house or admin/clerical work.
Experience handling cash and preparing lodgements.
Good working knowledge of MS Word and Outlook.
Strong customer care, communication and organisational skills.
Willingness to work a rota including evenings, weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities

Providing a friendly, professional front-of-house service to customers and members.
Proactively selling and promoting Sports & Leisure services and products.
Processing casual and membership bookings, including phone and email enquiries.
Processing customer purchases and reconciling cash for lodgement.
Carrying out general clerical duties as required.
Assisting with stock control and replenishment of information stands.
Ensuring Child Protection and Vulnerable Adult policies are complied with at all times.
