Job summary

Whitbread is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member in St Austell. You will welcome guests, help them check in, and assist with breakfast or dinner service, including bar duties. You’ll answer questions and help resolve issues to ensure a smooth stay.

Shifts include evenings and weekends; full training is provided and no hotel experience is required. A supportive team environment and opportunities to develop across Premier Inn are offered.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required.
• Friendly, helpful attitude and ability to stay calm in busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including behind the bar and serving drinks.
• Answer questions and help solve problems for guests.
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas in good order.
• Support teammates during busy periods; ensure guests feel looked after from arrival to departure.
