Group 1 Automotive is seeking a part-time Receptionist for Ford Basingstoke to be the first point of contact for customers. You will manage calls, greet visitors, handle emails, and maintain a welcoming showroom environment, while supporting day-to-day admin tasks across sites and brands.

• Demonstrated experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Accurately record calls & visits, and relay messages in timely manner.
• Perform general administrative duties, such as managing emails and handling customer enquiries.
• Manage customer waiting area and showroom, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
• Provide support with additional tasks as required to ensure smooth business operations.
