Delta Hotels by Marriott Liverpool City is seeking a dedicated front desk/guest services associate to join our team in Liverpool. You will welcome guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and address inquiries to ensure a smooth and memorable stay.

With 32 hours over 4 days, you will contribute to a culture of hospitality, provide exceptional service, and promote hotel services and amenities to enhance guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with departments to fulfill guest requests efficiently.
• Maintain high level of service by anticipating guest needs.
• Handle guest complaints with empathy and resolve issues.
• Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and maintain a safe environment.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements.
• Assist in training new staff on guest service standards.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
