As part of our welcoming team, you will manage front desk operations, assist guests with check-in/out, and coordinate with restaurant and services to ensure memorable stays on site.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor the Hotel Front Office area for service and guest comfort
• Providing a warm welcome and country club resort style check in and out to guests, advising them of menu options and answering questions about products & services where necessary
• Record all transactions in the appropriate computer systems
• Report any maintenance or security issues to supervisors
• Participate in training when required
