Job summary

Premier Inn in Liverpool is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member to welcome guests, assist with check-in and help with breakfast or dinner service. You’ll work across reception, dining areas and public spaces to keep the hotel running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Friendly and helpful personality with a can-do attitude.
• No hotel experience required; willingness to learn on the job.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or dinner and assist with bar service
• Answer questions and resolve guest issues
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas clean and welcoming
• Support teammates during busy periods and ensure guest comfort
• Ensure guests feel looked after from arrival to departure
