Whitbread in Wirral (Heswall) is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member. This permanent role offers 12 guaranteed hours per week at up to £13.06 per hour, with full training provided.

You’ll greet guests, help with check-in, serve breakfast or dinner, answer questions and keep public areas tidy. Shifts include evenings and weekends, and you’ll work across reception, restaurant and hotel spaces to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required.
• Friendly, helpful and able to stay calm when busy.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or dinner to guests.
• Answer questions and assist with problems.
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas tidy and welcoming.
• Support teammates across the hotel when busy.
• Ensure guests are looked after from arrival to departure.
