Job summary

Stratstone Birningham North Land Rover is looking for a Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis (13.5 hours per week). The role is the welcoming face of the dealership, handling calls and walk-in customers while ensuring a smooth, friendly start to every visitor’s experience.

The basic salary is £8,922.42 with pension, life assurance, and 33 days holiday. You’ll manage the showroom diary, coordinate with colleagues, and maintain a professional, polished reception area.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or administration in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and stay on top of daily priorities.
• Confident, professional telephone manner with the ability to listen, understand and respond clearly.
• Natural ability to build rapport quickly, making people feel comfortable.
• Proactive, willingness to take ownership and support the wider team.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and manage the reception area with a warm, professional manner.
• Handle telephone inquiries and direct to the correct department first time.
• Maintain showroom and reception spaces in pristine condition.
