Stratstone Sevenoaks Ferrari is seeking a friendly Receptionist to be the face of the dealership, greeting visitors and taking calls with a confident, courteous manner. The role supports the customer journey from start to finish, coordinating with teams to ensure a smooth experience.

You will manage inquiries, maintain reception spaces, and assist with diary management and general administration in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or administration, ideally in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise daily tasks.
• Confident, professional telephone manner with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors warmly and manage the showroom reception with a polished, professional approach.
• Handle inbound calls, identify needs and connect customers to the correct department first time.
• Manage the dealership diary, update records and support the team with admin duties.
