Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a Front of House Team Member to deliver excellent customer service at our gym and reception areas. You will welcome visitors, assist with queries, and help maintain a friendly, professional atmosphere.

A willingness to undertake Lifeguard training is required as breaks may involve Lifeguard duties. The role emphasizes strong communication, basic computer skills, and teamwork to support both the reception and café operations, including preparing and serving healthy food

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Basic computer skills including Word and Excel.
• Willingness to train as Lifeguard.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional and efficient customer service to everyone who visits our club, both face-to-face and over the phone.
• Support the smooth running of reception and café areas.
• Help create a friendly, relaxing and professional environment.
• Give a warm welcome and answer queries in a caring and helpful way.
• Support the café team with preparing and serving fresh, healthy food and drinks.
