Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a Front of House Team Member for our Tunbridge Wells gym on a part-time, bank basis. You’ll greet members and visitors, handle enquiries with warmth, and support reception and café areas while delivering friendly, professional service.

You’ll need strong communication, confidence and empathy, plus basic computer skills (Word/Excel). Training for Lifeguard duties may be provided on site as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional approach.
• Able to handle reception and café duties with courtesy and efficiency.
• Good communication skills, with a emphasis on face-to-face and phone interaction.
• Basic computer skills including Word and Excel are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to club members and visitors.
• Support reception and café areas to ensure smooth operations.
• Contribute to a friendly, relaxing and professional environment in the club.
• Give a warm welcome and answer queries in a caring, helpful manner.
• Assist the café team with preparation and serving of healthy food and drinks.
• Be prepared to cover Lifeguard breaks, with on-site training if required.
