Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking an Front of House Team Member to greet members and visitors, support reception and café areas, and maintain a welcoming, professional atmosphere at our gym location.

You will use strong communication skills face-to-face and over the phone, assist with café duties, and be prepared to swim for lifeguard breaks when needed. Flexibility and initiative are valued in this ad-hoc role.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Empathetic and confident when greeting members and visitors.
• Basic computer skills (Word/Excel) and willingness to learn our systems.
• Willingness to swim to a high standard and undergo on-site lifeguard training when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional and efficient customer service to everyone who visits our club.
• Support the smooth running of our reception and café areas.
• Help us create a friendly, relaxing and professional environment.
• Give a warm welcome, answering queries in a caring and helpful way.
• Support the café team, with preparing and serving fresh, healthy and nutritional food and drinks.
• Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo training at site, due to covering Lifeguard breaks.
