Job summary

Premier Inn Hull West is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals as part of the guest experience. You’ll support breakfast and dinner service, work with the hotel team to ensure smooth operations, and contribute to a welcoming, clean kitchen environment.

This role offers a permanent contract with guaranteed hours and opportunities to learn and grow within Premier Inn’s hospitality team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
