St Martins Lane by Morgans Originals in Covent Garden seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our multi-outlet operation, including Bar, Restaurants, Cafe, M&E and in-room dining, delivering 5-star service.

You will coach a diverse team, uphold standards, and drive exceptional guest experiences at a 5-star London institution within LGH Hotels Management Ltd.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor in Restaurant, Bar & Event, ready for step-up into multi outlet F&B operation.
• Gracious, friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Authentic and inspiring leader who can empower a diverse team with empathy and composure.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills to nurture and inspire team members.

Be truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry with previous experience as a Supervisor in Restaurant, Bar & Event (ready for the step-up into multi outlet F&B operation)

• Possess a gracious, friendly, and approachable demeanor.

• Have excellent communication skills verbally and in writing.
• Adherence to the highest standards of personal presentation and grooming standard reflecting the heritage and prestige of a 5* London institution
• Must have a very good understanding of food hygiene, Health & safety and fire safety procedures.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move swiftly for extended shifts lasting 8 hours.
• Knowledge of proper lifting techniques to safely handle hot plates and heavy loads without injury.
• Able to think strategically and anticipate operational bottlenecks (e.g., a sudden influx of walk-ins) and re-deploy/ re-allocate resources instantly to maintain service flow.
• Able to plan, organise while managing time and departmental resources to meet deadlines and targets.
• Able to function independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and have a high level of attention to detail.
• Must be up to date with food and beverage trends and best practices.
• Have some proficiency in using F&B software for inventory control, scheduling, and reporting.
• Have an intermediate understanding of Food Cost, Beverage Cost, Payroll Management, Inventory Management, Wastage Management, Training & Skills Management.
• Basic understanding of Managing Budgets, meeting financial targets, inventory control, and cost analysis.
