Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is essential.
• Typing at least 30 words per minute is required.
• Good IT literacy and English/Maths GCSE at level 4 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the Police Counter at published times.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, including officers.
• Gather information through questioning, record on systems, and risk-assess incidents.
• Record intelligence and share with other parts of the organisation.
• Assist colleagues by handling reports of incidents and crime via website and email requests.
