Starting salary £29,151 with annual rise and shift allowance, full training, and mobile across Surrey and Sussex stations; you’ll work 36 hours weekly, travel to various stations, and enjoy flexible shifts and career development

Qualifikationen

• Previous customer service is desirable but not essential.
• Must type at least 30 words per minute and have good IT literacy.
• Educated to QCF Level 2 in English and Maths (desirable).
• You must be 18+ with right to work in the UK.

Aufgaben

• Handle enquiries at the front counter, support investigations, and back up frontline officers.
• Record information onto our systems and perform initial investigations.
• Risk assess incidents and ensure the right teams are notified.
• Open and close the Police Counter at published times.
