This role welcomes compassionate people from care, healthcare or support backgrounds looking to move into education, helping 11-19 learners with complex needs engage in learning and develop independence.

You will provide personal and emotional support, assist with personal care and communication, and collaborate with teachers and therapists.

• Experience with complex needs is advantageous.
