Job summary

Perth & Scone Medical Group in Perth, Scotland is seeking a friendly receptionist to join the practice team on a permanent, part-time basis. You will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, welcoming them and assisting across two sites (Taymount Surgery, Perth and Scone Surgery, Scone) within 7.45am–6.00pm, 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Training in practice systems will be provided; previous General Practice experience is not mandatory, though advantageous, and you must

• Experience in fast-paced, pressured environment.
• Full training in practice systems will be provided.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for patients and visitors.
• Welcoming patients across two sites (Taymount Surgery in Perth, Scone Surgery in Scone).
• Support throughout opening hours (7:45am–6:00pm).
• Cover annual leave or other staff absence as needed.
