Job summary

Tesco is seeking Customer Delivery Drivers to meet customers in their homes with friendly, reliable service. The role is hands-on and varied, with shifts that can be 12 hours or more and a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week.

Pay starts at £14.18 per hour, rising to £15.45 in stores within the M25, with some locations offering additional payments. You will deliver in a timely manner while keeping van and workspace tidy and safe.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points.
• Deliver groceries and provide great service with a smile.
• Ability to work independently with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders within the customer’s time slot and provide warm, natural service at the doorstep.
• Load the van safely and keep it tidy for deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure orders are in perfect condition.
• Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues to boost service quality.
• Respond to changing customer needs and adapt with flexible working hours.
