Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Customer Delivery Driver to represent the brand on the road and in customers' homes. This role emphasizes helping people and delivering great service with a smile, with shifts offering variety and independence, supported by a base team when needed.

Salary starts at £14.18 per hour, rising to £15.45 in M25 stores. Roles can be as low as 12 hours per week, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours. A friendly and dependable service is key to success.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence (full or automatic) for at least 12 months, with no more than 3 penalty points.
• Be warm and welcoming with customers and colleagues.
• Respond quickly to changing customer needs and embrace change while out on the road and in the store.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders to customers within the specified time slot.
• Keep van, trays and work area clean, tidy and organised.
• Explain order changes or substitutions and process refunds where needed.
• Handle products with care and ensure orders are accurate.
• Provide friendly, doorstep service to leave customers feeling valued.
