Job summary

Tesco is seeking Customer Delivery Drivers to meet customers in their homes with excellent service. The role is hands-on, varied, and independent, with support from managers back at base.

Pay starts at £14.18 per hour, rising to £15.45 in M25 stores, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week and options for 12-hour shifts. You'll be part of a team delivering great service by keeping vehicles and processes organized, communicating clearly with customers, and ensuring orders arrive in good

Qualifications

• Hold a valid UK driving licence (full or automatic).
• At least 12 months driving experience with no more than 3 penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Keep van, trays and work area clean, tidy and organised to ensure correct delivery of orders.
• Load the van safely and perform checks to ensure roadworthiness.
• Explain order changes or substitutions to customers and process refunds when needed.
• Handle products with care to maintain quality and customer trust.
• Deliver within the customer's time slot with warm, friendly doorstep service.
