Job summary

Tesco is hiring Customer Delivery Drivers in the United Kingdom. You will meet customers in their homes, provide friendly service and ensure orders are delivered in great condition.

This role is hands-on and varies day by day, with independence most of the day and support from managers back at base. Pay starts at £14.18 per hour and rises to £15.45 in stores within the M25; we guarantee at least 16 hours per week, with roles from 12 hours also available.

Qualifications

• Valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence (full or automatic) for at least 12 months.
• Penalty points: no more than 3.

Responsibilities

• Keep van, trays and work area clean and organized to deliver order in perfect condition.
• Load the van safely and complete checks to ensure roadworthiness and reliability.
• Explain order changes or substitutions clearly and offer refunds when needed to keep the experience smooth.
• Handle products with care to maintain quality and customer trust.
• Deliver within the customer’s time slot with warm, natural doorstep service.
