Coventry Building Society in Chipping Sodbury is seeking a friendly, customer‑focused colleague to join our branch team. You’ll handle cash transactions, answer calls for our Customer Service area and help customers with a warm, efficient service in a busy, community‑facing role.

Qualifications

• Current experience in a customer focused role (e.g. retail, hospitality or call centre)
• Experience of interacting directly with customers and providing a great service on a daily basis
• Good attention to detail with experience of processing customer details or data accurately
• Experience in these areas would be helpful: Experience of cash handling
• Following policies and processes
• Ability to deal with more challenging or sensitive customer situations

• Deal with cash transactions accurately and securely
• Take telephone calls for the Customer Service area
• Process customer details accurately and maintain data quality
• Keep up to date with services, policies and procedures
• Provide a friendly and efficient customer experience
