Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and relay to production; update customers on delivery status and changes to specifications.
• Update demand forecasts and flag shortages or excess stock positions.
• Analyse capacity vs demand and report on performance against the initial plan.
• Support commercial and operational teams in making necessary adjustments.
• Monitor stock levels, report waste, track deliveries and investigate discrepancies.
• Liaise with suppliers on availability and delivery schedules; track quality issues and OTIF.
