Job summary

drnewitt.vincere.io is recruiting two Supply Chain Coordinators for a market-leading Fresh Produce business in Kent. The role is 100% site-based with a 40-hour week (Mon–Fri, 7:00–16:00) and occasional weekend cover.

You will link commercial, sales, procurement, technical and production teams, align stock with production plans and demand, and analyse data in Excel and SAP to drive efficiency and service levels across the end-to-end supply chain.

Qualifications

• Background in supply chain, logistics, or operations within FMCG.
• Experience in Fresh Produce is highly desirable.
• Strong numerical and analytical capability.
• Proficient in Excel; ERP experience (SAP).

Responsibilities

• Align stock availability with production plans and customer demand across retail, wholesale, and foodservice channels.
• Act as the daily conduit between sales, procurement, technical, and operations teams to optimise stock usage and fulfilment.
• Monitor supply chain stages, anticipating risks and opportunities to maintain high service levels.
• Analyse daily stock and supply data using MS Excel to present clear operational updates across the business.
• Solve operational challenges quickly, balancing customer requirements against site operational capacities.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects across commercial and logistics functions.
