Job summary

Tailor Made Resources is recruiting a Supply Chain Coordinator to join a growing Fresh Produce supplier based in Kent. You will report to the Supply Chain Manager and support procurement and commercial teams to ensure timely product supply to UK retailers.

In this fast-paced role you will liaise with 3rd party packers, direct suppliers and customers; manage orders, amendments and confirmations; and oversee ERP activities for new customers, products, orders and stock levels.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a similar key support role, with exposure to ERP systems.
• Supply Chain experience within Fresh Produce would be highly advantageous.
• Attention to detail, with excellent IT and numeracy skills; Microsoft, Prophet.
• Confident ability to work with all colleagues at all levels positively.

We currently offer a fantastic opportunity to join a successful Fresh Produce supplier, who are at the forefront of their product categories within the industry, supplying UK Retailers with the best produce from Worldwide Growers.

Due to continued success, we are delighted to offer the opportunity of Supply Chain Coordinator to join the team in a newly created position and become an integral member of the Supply Chain team.

Working as part of a dedicated team to ensure the smooth supply of Fresh Produce across 7 days a week, the position of Supply Chain Coordinator will report to and assist the Supply Chain Manager to organise the Supply Chain team, and work closely with Procurement Managers and Commercial colleagues becoming fundamental in the success of the product supply to key retail customers. The position offers a fast paced environment and a great platform to become instrumental within the business, offering development and a path to procurement opportunities going forward.

This opportunity offers a varied portfolio of responsibilities to include;
