Morrisons is seeking a skilled butcher for our Market Street counter in Denbigh. You will cut, bone, dice, mince and wrap primals to spec, delivering friendly service to in-store and online shoppers.

You'll maintain fresh displays, work safely with knives and mincing equipment, and support store colleagues in a fast-paced environment. Prior knife skills and a customer-focused approach are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Knife and butchery skills: cutting, boning, preparing various meats to a high standard.
• Hands-on, fast-paced environment experience with butchery equipment.

Responsibilities

• Put customers first by delivering friendly service and preparing custom cuts.
• Prepare quality cuts by slicing, boning, dicing, mincing and wrapping primals to spec.
• Maintain displays by keeping counters and pre-packaged sections stocked and attractive.
• Keep operations safe using knives, saws, and mincing machines and uphold hygiene standards.
