Paxton Access in Brighton is seeking a customer support specialist to be the first point of contact for UK and French customers, delivering accurate technical advice on Paxton products. You will assist installers and customers via phone, email or webchat, troubleshoot issues, and handle sales or returns while collaborating with other Paxton teams to test new features.
