Job Description

Are you a dynamic French speaking Sales Account Manager with a passion for the oil and gas industry? Our Southampton-based client is seeking a talented individual to join their team for a maternity cover contract from 6 to 12 months, ensuring seamless continuity and exceptional client service. Our client specializes in preparing companies to effectively manage and respond to oil spill incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and maintain relationships with selected key and non-key accounts.
  2. Find new leads and win work.
  3. Set up and run client meetings.
  4. Act as the primary point of contact for inbound sales enquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  5. Maintain accurate CRM records for assigned accounts and leads.

Profile Requirements:

  1. Proficiency in French (spoken and written).
  2. Experience in the oil & gas or environmental services sector.
  3. Account management experience in a customer-facing role.
  4. Ideally sales experience/market knowledge in West Africa.
  5. Good organisational and communication skills.
  6. Confidence using CRM systems.
  7. Ability to manage workload independently and escalate as needed.
