Job summary

Burberry is seeking a French-speaking Luxury Client Advisor for our flagship store in London. You will be the ambassador for Burberry, delivering personalised service to an international clientele and building lasting relationships through a client-centric approach.

You will collaborate with a large, diverse team to meet sales goals while maintaining Burberry’s heritage, craftsmanship and brand standards. Fluency in French and English is essential, and luxury retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English with strong communication skills.
• Experience in luxury retail or premium client service.
• Knowledge of Burberry products, heritage and current collections is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised luxury service to French-speaking and international clients, creating exceptional customer experiences.
