Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in luxury fashion or premium retail.
• Strong clientelling expertise and ability to build high-value relationships.
• Commercially aware with the ability to translate client experience into sales growth.
• Proven leadership through coaching, collaboration and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to deliver exceptional luxury experiences reflecting Burberry’s standards.
• Drive category performance and commercial results through shop floor leadership, coaching and clear direction.
• Develop a culture of clientelling excellence and grow a loyal client base.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the client journey with personalised interactions aligned to the flagship experience.
• Partner with the wider leadership team to execute business priorities and deliver strong outcomes.
• Champion Burberry Behaviours and support growth and engagement through coaching.
