Job summary

Yusen Logistics is seeking a Logistics Coordinator (French Speaking) to be based at our Northampton SDC site. The role coordinates European shipments, communicating with customers and hauliers, with a focus on exemplary service for French-speaking client markets.

Shifts are Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00, with up to three days of remote work. This is a 14-month fixed-term contract offering a salary of £31,518.75 per year, and requires fluent French and logistics experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent French language skills (written and verbal) are essential.
• Proven customer service and administration experience.
• Previous experience in a logistics role is desirable.
• Customer-focused with ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and good IT skills (MS Office, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily supplier warehouse and transportation activities.
• Resolve queries and manage complaints with regular customer updates.
• Conduct quality investigations and identify root causes for improvements.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Coordinate with carriers to resolve in-transit issues and ensure SOP compliance.
• Monitor KPIs and support continuous improvement.
