Job summary

Yusen Logistics (UK) Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Co-ordinator to support efficient warehouse operations at the Northampton SDC site. The role runs 2pm–10pm and will progress to a 5-out-of-7 shift pattern. Salary is £28,537.32 per annum plus a £832 shift allowance.

You will manage customer bookings, contract administration and inbound/outbound documentation, while liaising with shift leaders and maintaining accurate records to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable general administration experience in a busy environment.
• Experience within a logistics environment is desirable for this role.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and Excel is advantageous, plus stock/inventory control experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer bookings and complete contract administration accurately and on time.
• Liaise with shift leadership and support the shift team to resolve queries.
• Assist with inbound/outbound documentation, manifests and reporting for management/customers.
• Maintain accurate records and workbook-based controls for warehouse operations.
• Support returns processing and ensure stock records are up to date.
