Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluency in French, written and spoken.

• Excellent problem solving and prioritization abilities.
• Flexibility in working hours; weekend coverage may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process booking requests within Marken’s internal database.
• Monitor shipments daily to ensure on-time delivery.
• Engage with customers and partners to maintain strong relationships.
• Liaise with Marken network and service providers to meet requirements.
• Enter clinical trial sites into Marken’s internal database as needed.
• Prepare, verify and distribute country-specific project documentation.
• Attend customer meetings and teleconferences when required.
