Job summary

Yusen Logistics Group is seeking a Warehouse Co-ordinator at our Northampton SDC site (NN7 2FR). The role runs 2pm–10pm and moves to a 5-out-of-7 shift pattern, with a salary of £28,537.32 per annum plus a £832 shift allowance.

You will support inbound/outbound operations, complete contract admin and liaise with shift leadership. Ideal candidates have proven administration experience in a busy logistics environment, good Excel skills and familiarity with warehouse systems, with strong customer

Qualifications

• General administration experience in a busy environment.
• Experience in logistics is desirable.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and Excel; inventory/stock control experience is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Complete customer bookings and contract administration tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
• Liaise with shift leadership and provide support for the shift team.
• Control inbound/outbound documentation including load manifests.
• Prepare timely and accurate reports for management and customers.
• Maintain good customer relationships and handle queries efficiently.
• Administrate and keep records up to date with operation workbooks.
• Carry out duties to meet business needs and assist upstream data flow.
• Control spreadsheets to facilitate outbound operation and data flow.
• Manage documentation to ops/transport including manifests and invoices.
• Process waving of orders according to management instruction.
• Support processing customer returns and stock accuracy.
