Job summary

French Selection (FS) is seeking a French-speaking Logistics and Sales Coordinator to operate remotely in the UK. You will coordinate international orders, manage export documentation, and support sales growth across global markets.

The role requires fluent French, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work independently. Spanish is a bonus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international orders from placement through to final delivery, liaising with suppliers and freight forwarders
• Prepare and check export documentation, monitor shipments and resolve delivery issues
• Oversee day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring efficient coordination and smooth export processes
• Research, identify and secure new customers and distributors in target markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and distribution partners to drive repeat business
• Prepare quotations, arrange samples and follow up on sales opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling
• Maintain accurate CRM records, report on sales pipeline and performance, and attend relevant international trade shows

The Role

The Candidate

• A background in key account management and business development highly recommended
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to manage competing priorities and work independently

The salary: up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience
