Paragon Personnel Ltd is recruiting a French-speaking Junior Assistant for a global financial company in Birmingham. You will provide administrative support to 25+ Junior Bankers at Analyst to Junior VP level, with full in-house and remote training and supervisory guidance.

This demanding role suits someone with a customer service or admin background, able to handle a high-volume workload, work independently, and adapt to a remote-managed environment.

Qualifications

• French speaking or fluent; customer service/admin background preferred.
• Experience handling high-volume workload.
• Proactive, independent, process-driven and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Diary and calendar management for bankers (Associate level+).
• Coordinate meetings across multiple time zones.
• Manage high volume calls and emails, relay information timely.
• Arrange travel, visas, flights and hotels.
• Process expenses and invoices.
• Provide day-to-day support and cover colleagues on leave.
