Job Description
Mindsearch is recruiting on behalf of one of our clients – a boutique executive search firm based in London, working on high-impact assignments across EMEA. This highly structured and ambitious team operates exclusively on a retained model and delivers talent solutions for strategic leadership roles in infrastructure, industry, energy, aviation, and private equity-backed companies.
They are currently looking for a French-speaking Associate to support their continued growth. This is a rare opportunity to work on international mandates in a demanding but rewarding environment that encourages initiative, accountability, and rapid professional development.
Participate in client briefing and assignment planning with senior consultants
Conduct direct sourcing and talent mapping across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East
Perform structured interviews and assessments (by phone/video)
Draft clear and insightful candidate reports
Support end-to-end project delivery alongside the partner team
Contribute to internal knowledge building and process improvement
Bilingual French / English
1–2 years of experience in executive search, recruitment, or consulting
Alternatively, a recent top-tier graduate with strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Curious, resilient, detail-oriented, and able to engage with senior executives
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with high expectations
Ambition to grow and take full ownership of projects over time
