Job summary

Adthena, a leading paid search intelligence platform, seeks a Native French-speaking Customer Success Manager to support a French and UK client book from London or fully remote in the UK/EU. You’ll drive onboarding, adoption, and value realization.

You’ll own retention, engagement, and renewals, collaborate with Account Managers, and deliver business reviews, guiding clients to growth while translating data into insights.

Qualifications

• Native French speaker with strong written and spoken English.
• 2+ years experience in a client-facing Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services role.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging up to C-level.
• A solid understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including paid search.
• Strong analytical skills — confident working with data and translating it into actionable insights.
• A customer-centric mindset focused on delivering value and driving outcomes.
• SaaS background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of French and UK clients, driving adoption and onboarding for value realization.
• Lead retention and engagement through regular check-ins, insights, and timely follow-through; drive renewals and upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers who own the commercial relationship; you own the client partnership.
• Conduct Business Reviews with senior stakeholders; build health scores and referable relationships.
• Help shape product with client feedback and strategic insights to improve outcomes.
