Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• Fluent in French to high level (written and spoken).
• IT literate and comfortable learning new systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and learn how to provide technical support.
• Raise and update tickets for ongoing incidents and repairs.
• Provide troubleshooting support to identify common faults and propose solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the system.
• Escalate tickets for more complex technical support.
• Produce reports on software defects and investigate re-occurrences.
• Follow Service Level Agreements to ensure best possible support.
