HR GO Recruitment is seeking a fluent French and English-speaking Customer Service & After-Sales Representative in the UK. The role is split 75% customer service support and 25% after-sales care, handling enquiries, orders, refunds and warranty claims with collaboration across sales, logistics, warehouse and technical teams.

You will work closely with colleagues to deliver excellent service, resolve issues efficiently and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken French and English; native French preferable.
• Minimum three years' customer service experience.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience handling orders, returns and warranty claims is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email in French and English.

• Prepare weekly reports for key customer accounts.
• Support promotional campaigns and product launches.
• Handle returns, exchanges, refunds and warranty claims.

• Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Meet agreed service levels and performance targets.

Salary: £28,000 per annum

Location: Hailsham - Office-based, with one day working remotely per week after probation

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Annual Leave: 23 days plus discretionary annual bonus

About the Role

Our client is looking for a fluent French and English-speaking Customer Service & After-Sales Representative to join their team.

The role is split between

25% after-sales care, covering customer enquiries, order processing, reporting, returns, refunds, exchanges and warranty claims.

You will work closely with sales, logistics, warehouse and technical support teams to deliver excellent customer service and ensure enquiries are resolved efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum three years' customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English; native French or Belgian French speakers preferred.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing customer enquiries and resolving complaints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively within a team.

Desirable: Experience with order management, returns and warranty claims.
