Job summary

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for key stakeholders in the French market; build relationships and ensure high customer expectations are met.
• Manage customer orders from initial request through to final shipment.
• Respond to enquiries promptly; manage order changes and resolve issues.
• Maintain and update customer information via the CRM including contracts.
• Liaise with internal teams to monitor stock and support forecasts.
• Handle customer complaints, process returns and prepare credit or debit notes.
