Job summary

French Selection is recruiting a French speaking Account Manager based in Ashford. The role is mainly office based with one day from home after training and offers a salary of up to £32,000 per year.

Responsibilities

French speaking Account Manager
Location: Ashford

Main duties: To provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to the clients

The role:

• Act as a first point of contact for key stakeholders in the French market, building strong relationships and ensuring high customer expectations are met
• Manage customer orders from initial request through to final shipment
• Respond to enquiries in a timely manner, manage order change requests and resolve any customer issues
• Maintain and update customer information through the CRM system, including specific customer requirements or contracts
• Liaise with internal teams, such as demand planning, to monitor stock availability and support customer forecasts
• Handle customer complaints, process returns and prepare credit or debit notes as necessary
• Collect customer feedback and proactively suggest areas for improvement to enhance the customer experience

Candidate's Profile

• Fluent in French (written and spoken) – Essential
• Experience in customer service or account management, ideally in an international business
• Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle tricky situations professionally
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Proactive, adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Computer literate with a knowledge of SAP (beneficial)
