• Previous experience as a line cook/chef in a high-volume or French-inspired kitchen.
• Ability to stay calm, focused, and efficient under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Execute menu items to brasserie standards with speed, accuracy, and finesse.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace before, during, and after service.
