Claims Recruitment Services is recruiting a Claims TPA Manager - French for a leading global legacy player. The role oversees French claims portfolios, manages relationships with TPAs, cedants, and legal partners, and ensures regulatory and contractual compliance across acquisitions and portfolio transitions.

The successful candidate will combine deep technical claims knowledge with commercial acumen and strong relationship skills, with regular travel to Paris and other French locations.

Formación

• Fluent French language skills, written and spoken.
• Experience in French insurance claims market desirable but not required.
• Exposure to French construction and/or decennial liability claims is a plus.
• Experience with TPAs, delegated authority arrangements or outsourced claims operations.
• Experience conducting claims audits, oversight reviews or performance assessments.
• Ability to manage external stakeholder relationships and influence outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary relationship contact for claims originating from France, focusing on decennial liability, construction, property and liability claims.
• Lead regular portfolio review meetings with TPAs and cedants.
• Support claims notifications and allocation of technical claims."
• Analyze and reconcile third party claims data for ingestion into internal systems.
• Produce and analyse management information, portfolio reports and performance metrics.
• Facilitate onsite and remote audits and track findings and actions.
• Provide technical claims input for acquisitions, due diligence and portfolio transitions.
• Travel regularly within France, mainly Paris, for meetings and audits.
