Job summary

Compre Group is seeking a TPA Manager to oversee third‑party claims providers across Europe. Hybrid role with two days in office and remote EU work, located in the UK London area. You will manage governance, performance and commercial relationships with TPAs and support procurement activities.

You should bring strong experience with outsourced claims, Lloyd’s and non‑Lloyd’s business, plus contract expertise and stakeholder management skills to shape a high‑performing claims service model.

Qualifications

• Experience managing outsourced claims providers across Lloyd’s and non-Lloyd’s business.
• Commercial contract expertise and procurement exposure.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills.
• Confidence using Excel and Word in day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delegated authority framework for TPAs.
• Onboard TPAs attached to acquired portfolios and oversee audits.
• Oversee action plans and ensure providers meet contractual and regulatory standards.
• Support fee negotiations, procurement activity and bordereaux oversight.
• Drive continuous improvement of the TPA operating model.
